King Trumpet Scallops
Ingredients:

4 king trumpet mushrooms cut into thick, round slices.

2 tbs olive oil
-
2 cloves of garlic, minced

salt and pepper to taste

fresh lemon juice (for garnish)

fresh herbs (for garnish)Instructions:

cut king trumpet into thick, round slices

heat olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat
-
add the minced garlic to the hot skillet and saute for about 30 seconds until fragrant
-
place the king trumpet mushroom slices in the skillet. cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until they are golden brown and tender on the inside.

season the mushroom with salt and pepper to taste.
-
squeeze lemon juice over the mushroom scallops and garnish with fresh herbs.
